Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministry takes place in congregations using the Stephen Series system for one-to-one lay caring ministry. Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers — called Stephen Ministers — to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting. Stephen Ministers accompany individuals going through life events like grief, divorce, job loss, and any other difficult event.
