Are you too young for the senior center but too exhausted to pretend otherwise?
Do you still get texts from your college kid asking for money and texts from your mom asking how to unmute herself on Zoom — sometimes in the same minute?

Then welcome to the Sandwich Generation Squad -- where nobody asked to be the "meat" in this situation but are fully seasoned and slightly pressed.

We're starting a new group for those in the age range of 45-60ish, whose children have graduated high school but are providing care for aging parents. We will laugh, vent, and eat actual sandwiches (carbs are the one thing we still control!). Together, we'll figure out exactly where we fit in the grand buffet of life.

You are not alone. You are just… in the middle.
